Ranae LaFerney developed style guidelines, the document layout and templates for this large environmental impact statement. She coordinated closely with technical personnel and graphic designers to create compelling graphics to describe the feasibility and potential features of this new rail unloading facility to be constructed at an existing oil refinery.
