Ranae LaFerney contracted with HDR Engineering for nine years to provide senior editorial services on this $4.91B program with WSDOT in Seattle, Washington. Ranae collaborated with a large team of engineers and scientists on multi-disciplinary assignments that included the initial program management plan, selection of a pontoon construction site, specialized noise studies, and wetlands mitigation, among others.
